System Design

Richway Group is committed to solid wastes disposal, withered stalks renewable energy and solid wastes gasification electricity generation projects. Richway Group technical is based on the principle that through using two different temperature thermal decomposition and combustion systems to dispose solid wastes, and generate steam, finally realize electricity generation, while in the meantime keep pollution to the minimum.

Principle of the controlled air pyrolysis system <CAPS> which is designed and manufactured by Richway Group is based on control air and thermal decomposition theory. CAPS system has lots of merits, for instance, occupies small area, modular structure, less industrial sewage, high degree of automation. This system can according to demand continuous or intermittently operate.

The unique disposing method designed by Richway Group can effectively reduce the content of NO2, SO2, HCL, dioxins, dust and other harmful substances which generated in the process of solid wastes combustion. The products generated during this process can be divided into two parts: the burnt ashes can be processed into marketable products again, such as brick and cement mixtures; and the steam can push turbine generator generate electricity.

CAPS system consists of several parts: the most import part is gasification chamber- mainly used for thermal decomposition, gasification and through combustion converting the flammable materials into gas; the second important part is oxidization chamber –gas chamber is used to consume flammable gas and other flammable particulates.

When POC’s temperature reaches 650 degrees Celsius, thermal decomposition begins; under this condition the temperature shouldn’t exceed more than 800 degrees Celsius. At lower temperature, namely, 650 degrees Celsius, glass and other metals would not further decomposition, thus it can prevent generating volatile substances or happening chemical reaction. This facilitates to control the formation of dioxins from source, so as to achieve the purpose of protecting the environment.

Subsequently, the gas generated during the process of thermal decomposition will firstly flow into pipeline and then be transferred to the oxidation room, under high temperature of1000 degrees Celsius, ensure that gas can be completely incinerated, toxic and organic gases generation should be under control. And the thermal energy generated by gasification can be used to push turbine running and later generate electricity.

Richway Group technology has been proved that it can effectively reduce 95 percent or more solid wastes; what’s more, it doesn’t exert any impact on the environment. Its advanced technology can reduce oxides formation in the process of gasification.

 The by-products generated by combustion - energy and ash, as raw materials for energy and bricks production, preventing the solid waste landfills damaging environment, and can meet the societys energy demand.
